Pet Screening – $30 Yearly Registration Fee ($25 with ACH payment)
Pet Fee Per Pet at Entry - (Non-Refundable, One Time Charge) - $350-$650 Pending Fido Score
Pet Rent – Per Pet – Per Month - $20 - $40 Pending Fido Score *Visiting pets are not permitted Pet Requirements - We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies. Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.

All pets must be approved by Management prior to occupancy.
Veterinarian documentation with declaration of animal breed, weight, and recent picture.
Proof of license as required by the local municipality
Maximum of two indoor pets per apartment, Weight must not exceed 75 pounds. 
*Visiting pets are not permitted

Breed Restrictions: Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, American Stafford Shire Terrier, American Pit Bull, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dog, Belgian Malinois, Boerboel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Dogo Aregentino, English Mastiff, Fila, Brazilian Mastiff, Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, Mastiffs, Malamutes, Pitbull, Presa Mallogguin (Ca Debou), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Doberman Pincher (includes mixed breeds)
